In addition to the terms that you agreed to governing your use of our services, these rules help ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
This is an agreement executed between you or the entity you represent (hereinafter “You” or “Your”) and Code One Zero Technologies Private Limited having registered office at: 1317, Maple Trade Centre, Nr. Surdhara Circle, Ahmedabad - 380052 (hereby referred as “Postive” Or “We”) governing your use of our mobile applications.
This privacy policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who use the services we provide through our application – Postive. All the services provided by Code One Zero Technologies Private Limited including services of the Postive are hereinafter referred as “Services”. This privacy policy affects your legal rights and obligations (hereinafter, you and “Postive” may sometimes be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”).
By “Sign Up”, you are allowing us to use the data & details as referred in this policy.
We collect the information when the same is provided voluntarily by you, and/or when you voluntarily give us permission to obtain, and/or when the information is provided to us by the other sources and/or when you use our services.
When you sign up to our services, you provide us certain information, including your name, business category / subcategory, business address, country, language, email address, contact number, how you intend to use our services, or anything else we may ask and you decide to provide.
When you create content using our Services, you may choose to upload Logos, images, icons, fonts, audio, videos, files, text, as well as derivative work of it.

Our Services provide customer support channels, where you may choose to submit information regarding a problem you are experiencing. Whether you email us, open a support ticket, speak to one of our representatives directly or otherwise engage with our support team via various other channels, where you will be asked to provide contact information, a description of the problem you are experiencing, screenshots and/or information and/or derivative work from our application, that would be helpful in resolving the issue.
If you have chosen for paid services, we request credit card or other payment account information, which will be used solely for processing payments. We will not store financial information except for the name of the card holder, the expiry date and the last four digits of the Credit Card number. Subject to your prior consent and where necessary for processing future payments, your financial information will be stored in encrypted form on secure servers of our reputed payment gateway service provider who will treat your personal information in accordance to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and this Privacy Policy Statement.
You may give us permission to access information from third-party services like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tweeter, WhatsApp, accounts etc., which allows us to access, display and store files from those accounts as authorized by you. The information we receive when you link or integrate our Services with a third-party service depends on the settings and privacy policy controlled by that third-party service. You can check the privacy settings and notices in these third-party services to understand what data may be shared with us.
- Other users of the Services may provide information about you. For example, we may receive your mobile number/email address from a user when they provide it in order to invite you to the Services.

- We use technical measures to secure your data and in order to prevent loss of data due to errors or system failures or natural calamities or war or act of terrorism. We also keep backup copies of data including the contents of your user account/profile.
- While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our/our associates’ systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others.
- If you have requested account deletion, we will delete your account within 72 hours. We may retain and use your personal information and data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our rights.
You can exercise choices regarding your information by logging into the Services and using settings available within the Services or your account as described below.
We may access/use change of information in your profile at any time.
Where you have asked us to share data with third parties, for example, by installing third-party apps, you will need to contact those third-party service providers directly to have your information deleted or otherwise restricted. If you have unresolved concerns, you may have the right to complain to a data protection authority in the country where you live, where you work or where you feel your rights were infringed.
We have made it very easy for you to delete your account. All our products feature a “delete account” button under your account settings. You can simply click delete account, and your account will be deleted within 72 hours subject to as stated hereinabove.
All content created using our platform may be exported as JPEG or PNG or PDFs. Upon your request, we can also provide you with a CSV file with the information you have provided regarding your profile.
The Services are not directed to individuals who have not completed the age of 18 years. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 years. If we become aware that a child under 18 years has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us via our customer care channels.
We may change this policy from time to time, and when we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. If you continue to use our Services after those changes are in effect, it is considered that you have agreed to the revised policy. If the changes are significant, we may provide more prominent notice or obtain your consent as required by the Indian law.
