Refund Policy
“Postive” is your go-to photo editor app designed to create stand-out customized social media posts. With Postive, you can create, customize and communicate all your messages with ease. Pick from our meticulously curated templates perfected for all social media requirements, and customize design, style, size, and content – in just a few clicks. Share your personalized posts directly from the application to your social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, and LinkedIn – with one click.
In addition to the terms that you agreed to governing your use of our services, these rules help ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
This is an agreement executed between you or the entity you represent (hereinafter “You” or “Your”) and Code One Zero Technologies Private Limited having registered office at: 1317, Maple Trade Centre, Nr. Surdhara Circle, Ahmedabad – 380052 (hereby referred as “Postive” Or “We”) governing your use of our mobile applications.
We refer to all of these products as “Services” in this policy. These Refund Policy affect your legal rights and obligations (hereinafter, you and “Postive” may sometimes be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”).
- The first 07 days are absolutely free. We won’t ask for payment details. After 07 days or during 07 days you can choose any premium plan provided by “Postive”.
- After the end of the free trial you may still use the services and create posts with “Postive”, but you will be provided with a watermark on all posts.
- Postive offers certain features or services for which a fee will be payable (“Paid Services”). Your purchase of the paid services may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location. If you purchase or subscribe to such paid services, you agree to pay us the applicable charges “Postive Charges” and taxes in accordance with the applicable third party payment and billing terms, based on the platform you are using, which are incorporated herein by reference. You will be charged the applicable fees and taxes during the subscription period unless you cancel the paid service, in which case you agree to still pay these fees through the end of the applicable subscription period.
- We may change the Postive Charges from time to time by posting the changes in or on the services or by notifying you in advance.
- All charges are, except as otherwise expressly provided herein or as required by applicable law, non-refundable. Failure to pay these fees may result in suspension or termination of your service or subscription.
- Depending on what platform you are using, prepaid fees for the services may be connected to your device as well as its phone number. Therefore, in some cases, if you change the device or its SIM-Card, you cannot transfer the balance to a new device or SIM-Card and no refund will be available in such cases.
- Your right to use the services continues until these terms are terminated. We may terminate the terms and your use of the services at any time with thirty (30) days’ advance notice. You may terminate the terms at any time by uninstalling the “Postive” application and ceasing the use of the services.
- Upon any termination, you agree to cease using the services.
- Upon termination by you, or by Postive due to your breach of these terms, you will not be refunded any fees or charges, if any.
- Provisions of sections Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Termination and Governing Law shall survive any termination of these terms.
